Smart Process Solutions Inc. ("The Wweb," "we," "us") operates thewweb.ai. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers the website only. Information that clients share with us through The Wweb platform is handled under our written agreements with those clients.
Evaluation requests: your name, business name, email, phone number (optional), number of locations and the systems your business uses.
Contact form: your name, email, phone number, the topic you choose and your message.
Referral program: your name and email, the company you are referring, the name and role of your contact there, and how you know them. Please share only work contact details for the person you refer, and let them know you are introducing them.
Email sign-up: if you enter your email in the site footer, we keep it only to contact you about The Wweb. We also receive whatever you include when you email, call or text us.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It uses cookies to record information such as the pages you view, how long you stay, the site that referred you, your approximate location (city or country), your device and browser type, and when a form is submitted. We use this information in summary form to improve the site, and we do not use it to identify you personally.
Our website host, Webflow, may also log technical information such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site.
We use the information to respond to your requests, schedule and prepare evaluations, run the referral program (including paying referral fees), understand and improve the website, and protect the site against misuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as Webflow (website hosting and forms), Google (analytics and email) and Microsoft (email), and only for those purposes. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Our site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete it.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, including California and the European Union, you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, email us at the address below. We will respond within the time the law requires and will not treat you differently for making a request.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect. Sending information over the internet carries some risk, so please avoid sending sensitive information through the website forms.
This website is meant for businesses. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
